If you are a customer living in California, and where otherwise required by law, you may have other options for cancelling included in the customer portal. is unable to offer any refunds- prorated or not.

All you have to do to get started with is sign up. Once you’ve signed up you’ll be sent to our member portal. In the members-only portal you’ll be able to see all your benefits. Also, you will receive a welcome email when you sign up that will contain your login information, member id, and more membership details.

Within 24 hours of completing your signup with you should automatically receive a welcome email. If more than 24 hours has passed since you signed up please check your junk or spam folders. While you’re checking your email it’s recommended to mark as a trusted email address, which should help you make sure you receive all of our emails going forward.
